Rose is an Analyst at Equal Ventures, where she supports the firm's research, sourcing, and diligence efforts across verticals. Rose double majored in Economics and Cognitive Science at the Johns Hopkins University, where she led A-Level Capital, a student-run venture fund supporting JHU's entrepreneurial ecosystem.Previously, she evaluated potential acquisitions at Graham Partners, a middle-market PE firm focused on advanced manufacturing. Before that, she supported the early go-to-market efforts at Jem, a workforce management startup for deskless teams. Outside of work, she enjoys drawing people, hunting down the best fitness classes, and exploring the arts in all forms with friends.
